Do we see the object as an object? Or we can see what is behind the object? The idea of consumption goods, Commodity Fetishism and Capitalism makes “nonhumans are empowered, humans are deadened”. Could we just see a mundane object, Milk as a milk? We can not ignore all the people behind it. Worker, farmer, cashier, and more and more. Too many people are involved in this simple box of milk. It is also a desire that people are chasing. People are thirsty not just for milk, but also profit. Farmers who produce milk cut the price to compete with other farmers. The workers in factories work like labor and only receive minimum wage. The businessman gets all the money and we get the milk. It is not just milk, it is the game of profit.
